30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee  
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date your order is delivered. If you're not happy with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within this timeframe.

Eligibility for Returns  
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging  
- Proof of purchase is required  
- Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery  

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items  
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

How to Start a Return  
To initiate a return, contact us at:

Include:
- Your order number  
- The item(s) you’d like to return  
- Reason for return  

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Shipping  
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect  
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable  

Refunds  
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.  
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges  
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please place a new order.

Final Sale Items  
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.
